“Louis Vuitton was looking for a better connection with the Millenial generation. And they certainly found it through a fun, social and innovative game. Results could not have been better: customer engagement, brand recognition, customer satisfaction and revenue increase” 

Louis Vuitton counted on VisualifeAR to organize the launch of  Louis Vuitton City Guide Madrid. The challenge was to organize a game with geographically located checkpoints. A game inspired in a combination of   “Pokemon Go” + “Jumanji“.  Participants, either single or in a couple had to solve questions about the brand. Those questions were hidden in different places at the shop neighborhood, like restaurants, hotels or Art Galleries.

We created the game, we designed the missions and we also developed an App where all the action was taken. Louis Vuitton asked TELVA – Spanish Fashion magazine-  to set up the communication campaign through social media by posting in Facebook and Instagram. At the end of the day more than 2.000 players participate in the game. Great success!
